Fab Ab Feb update
[drum roll please]
Surprisingly I am sticking to the game plan with this thing! My attention span for workouts maxes out around day four so this is rather out of the ordinary for me, but fist pump none the less.
I am seeing a noticeable difference in the stomach department, (!!) but if this was fab ass feb that would be a whole nother story, coco-esque if you will
I am also realizing I have the upper body strength of a squirrel. I can hold a plank for twelve minutes [lie 35 seconds] but I wave the white flag at pushup five.
How’s everyone else doing?!? Tips, words of encouragement, hating every second?!
