My baby brother BOUGHT A HOUSE.

Not even 24 years old and the boy is a flipping homeowner.

Proud would be the biggest understatement of the century. [if you’re feeling left out you can meet him here]

- I got a call at 2pm on Sunday afternoon:

“Hey will you be around at 3? I have a surprise.”

Subconscious: “Oh shit, I’m going to be an aunt.”

I was then directed to one of the beaches in our town and spotted his car in the driveway of a house with a For Sale sign out front.

…..there is no way.

And right there, no more than ten houses away from the ocean, I was introduced to the spot where my behind will be located May through September.

Legit my little brother closed on a house of his very own down by the beach.
